Ghostwriting Is Essential To Your Bottom Line!
Be Credible To Your Clients!
Show You Are THE Recognized Expert In Your Field!
Tell Your Unique Story To Clients, The Media And Others!
Do You Want Your Business To Stand Out From The Competition?
In 2013, afters years as a technical leader and professional I established my own ghostwriting business to help entrepreneurs like you.
My mission is to help business people be recognized for their leadership, expertise, and knowledge. By establishing credibility and expertise, business leaders and entrepreneurs will find it easier to succeed and achieve their goals.
Do You Need To Grow Your Business?
Are you working hard every day to keep your business going? Does it seem like your main obstacle is not being taken seriously or not having the credibility you need to get customers to sign on the bottom line?
I know exactly how you feel. I’ve experienced these same problems myself.
I learned the hard way through painful trial and error. I tried just about everything I could think of to promote my business.
Like many businesses, I blanketed social media with my messages telling people about my service and what I had to offer.
I bought radio spots and was the guest on countless interviews to try and get the word out.
I attended all of the local network meetings, became a team leader at one of the larger networking groups, and spoke at at least two meetings every week.
Even though I was a little bit shy, I created several videos and put them up on a business specialized YouTube channel.
I’m sure you’ve done many of these things as well.
Like others, I had mixed success. I found I had difficulty getting my message out to potential clients. Not only that, keeping the message consistent and on point was challenging.
One day, while at the bookstore, I realized the solution to the problem…
Does This Sound Familiar?
You could continue promoting your business in the same old way and you’ll probably achieve some growth. You’ll make enough money to get by, pay the bills, and even expand a bit.
Is that really what you want?
Did you start your own business to be the same as every other business? Are you satisfied with the level of mediocrity of most businesses today?
Or do you want a little bit more?
What I wanted was clients coming to me, knocking on my door. Is that something you’d like? Or do you like having to get out there and hustle constantly?
You could continue promoting in the same way that everybody else does.
- Attending networking group meetings. Networking is essential, but building connections is difficult and time-consuming.
- Promoting on social media. The problem with social media is it can be very expensive to purchase Facebook ads with mixed, if any, results.
- Buying Google ads. These can work well, but they tend to be very expensive and unless you know what you’re doing, it can be like a crapshoot.
- Pounding the pavement. You can get out there and travel from place to place, meeting people at events and in their businesses. It’s important that you do that, but this can take time and an immense amount of effort to be fruitful.
I could go on and on and on about the various ways that you can do to promote your business.
But all of these are missing one ingredient, something essential that raises you far above the bar so that your customers see you as THE expert that they need to solve their problem.
What Can You Do To Stand Out?
Remember what I said earlier about finding the solution in the bookstore. That’s when I realized that the conundrum faced by all businesses, especially small ones, is to rise above the competition. How do entrepreneurs become recognized as being extremely competent experts in their field?
- How do you become recognized by others as an expert in their field?
- What do you do to build credibility with your clients and others?
- What’s the best way to tell your story so that it reinforces your message?
- How do you deliver your message accurately every time?
- How do you define your brand succinctly and definitively?
- How do you communicate what’s special about your business, you and the services and products that you deliver?
You Need A Book To Stand Out From The Crowd!
Tell your message exactly the way you want it told. One of the big advantages to publishing your own book is you can tell people everything they need to know about you, your business, your brand, your story and anything else that you feel is important. It’s your book, and you can use it to inform clients and others what they need to know to do business with you.
Define your expertise. In your book, describe exactly the story behind why you are an expert. Tell your reader about your background, your schooling, your study, your experience and so forth. Don’t tell them this in a dry, boring way – your story is exciting and interesting, and your book should pass that along.
Acknowledge and recognize the leaders who have influenced you. Were you coached by a famous highly reputable person? Have you met or worked with politicians, industry leaders, government officials, and so forth? Do you take part in groups that contribute to the community, your country, or groups related to your business? All of these things build your credibility, and a book give you the opportunity to explain how they have helped you become the person you are.
Explain your story. You are unique, and your background gives you an interesting and useful perspective. Your accomplishments And obstacles you overcome serve as examples to other people of your competence, values, and leadership. Your book emphasizes how much you’ve succeeded in spite of everything that got in your way.
Distinguish yourself from the crowd. Writing a book lets the world know what you’ve done, how you’ve done it, what obstacles you overcame to get there.
Get media exposure. The press loves authors because it gives them information that they can write about and talk about. Being an author of a book gives you a way to get media exposure.

Who gets the credit?
You do! This is your book and your name will be on the cover. If you want, you can list me on the copyright page of the book or even on the cover. But it’s up to you.

Schedule an appointment using the form at the bottom of this page and will talk about your needs and then I’ll be able to come up with a quote unique to your project.

How does ghostwriting work?
First, we do the initial consultation to determine if we are a good fit and will work together well. I want to make sure that I am the right ghostwriter for you, and I want you to be comfortable with my skills and experience.
Once I understand what you need, I’ll provide a quote and will work out payment arrangements. There is room for negotiation, and I tie payments to deliverables, generally intended to be a month apart. There is an initial deposit, non refundable, to start the project.Payments are made once a certain number of chapters, words, or sections are completed and delivered.
When we’ve gotten through the preliminaries, and we have a signed Statement of Work (contract), I’ll review any notes, research or other materials that you have delivered to me. We will schedule interviews, and start fleshing out the outline of your book.
Depending on the nature of the book, I may or may not do additional research. It depends upon the topic and how much material you provide. In some cases, my clients do research themselves or provide technical materials because they are the subject matter experts.
Throughout the project, I’ll interview you Regularly, then write up a chapters worth of material, send it to you for review, get it back, and make any revisions. We’ll do this for all of the chapters in your book. When we’re done, I’ll hand over a completed manuscript which you will review and return to me. After corrections are made, you’ll make one final review, and then will send it off to a proofreader or editor.
Do books need to be proofread?
Any material written by any writer should always be proofread by at least one more person, generally a professional proofreader. Writers have difficulty catching their own errors, since they wrote it themselves. I’ll help you find a proofreader which you can hire separately or you can subcontract to one through me.
Who creates the book cover?
I have contacts with several excellent book cover designers that are available to create a great cover for you. You can subcontract for your book cover through me.
How will we be working together?
Our interviews will be done over the Internet using the phone, Skype or Zoom. A few of my clients have traveled to my location and we’ve done several in person interviews. It is generally not necessary for me to travel to your location for in person interviews.
I’m in a different country, how does that work?
Today the Internet is available virtually anywhere. I’ve had customers in countries all over the world, including Singapore, South Africa, Ukraine, France, the UK, Russia, Columbia, and many other places. I found the location doesn’t matter as long As long as the client can speak or write in English.
You do everything yourself?
I perform the interviews and write the material myself. Depending on time and the subject matter, and with your agreement, I may outsource research, proofreading, editing, and other tasks. You can either hire these professionals directly or you can subcontract through me.
Who will publish my ghostwritten book?
If you want to use traditional publishing, you’ll need to find an agent who will hook you up with a publishing company or to. I can help you self-publish, and can provide a quotation for that service as part of our project.
Will my book sell?
Selling a book depends on how well it is written, which I will take care of, but more importantly, how well it is marketed and promoted. Books that are promoted well tend to sell well. But, As PT Barnum said, “without promotion something terrible happens… Nothing.”
Who will do the marketing?
I am not a book promoter or marketer. That’s not my primary skill set. There are some very excellent book promoters and marketers out there, will work together to see if we can find one that will work for you.
Will you do just some of the services?
By that do you mean will I provide you with just a cover, just proofreading, just editing, just formatting, or something like that? Yes, I can do one or more separate tasks individually for you.
